Foothills Medical Centre

Alberta Health Services (AHS) is Canada’s first and largest integrated provincial health care system serving over four million people in Alberta and supported by more than 103,000 direct employees.

Program Description:

The Tertiary Neuro Rehabilitation Unit at Foothills Medical Centre is situated in Calgary. It offers specialized rehabilitation services to persons living in southern Alberta recovering from spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, or other neurological injuries and illnesses. Patients and their families have important roles and are at the centre of our program while we all work together to meet their needs and improve their quality of life. We work closely with our community partners and others provincially, nationally, and internationally. Our AHS Cares values are at the heart of everything we stand for – compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and safety
